WA College of Agriculture Harvey is a coeducational facility for approximately 128 male and female students, with each student. A number of career opportunities exist for graduates of the WA College of Agriculture Harvey. Having no farm land of its own students were ferried out to local farms for the attainable side of their courses. Gradually small parcels of land surrounding the boarding facilities were acquired and developed for the students use. In 1992, a transportable dormitory for girls was opened with 4 in attendance. The College aims is to introduce and flourish self-reliant living skills, encouraging students to have confidence, responsibility, motivation and pride in themselves. The College is healthy situated for access by public transport. Most learning areas are on donate with an emphasis on farm and trades in the technology and enterprise area. Staff also make use of farm facilities and off site visits to complement class room learning. At the Western Australian College of Agriculture Harvey, students have the gain of learning with highly qualified instructors in healthy equipped workshops. The Metals and Engineering course is based on industry standards so there are quite specific inbuilt expectations and standards that students are required to accomplish as portion of the course. The automotive workshop is based on industry standard equipment. Students will have knowledge and awareness of feasible ability relating to automotive servicing. Students will prosper skills and knowledge which link to employment opportunities within the building industry. General Construction boasts a new well equipped trailer old as a mobile workshop. This will donate the student skills in all aspects of building. Students are also involved in the preparation and showing of stud and commercial cattle at diverse venues during the year. The wine grapes provide the bottom for a relationship between local wine makers and the College. The College's beginning vintage from grapes grown at Wokalup went on sale for the first time in 2004. Arid land and irrigation cropping techniques are demonstrated. Producing eggs for the College kitchen and commercial markets. 4 units of competencies are offered to students with horses at the College as portion of their Certificate 2 in Agriculture.

In 1992, a transportable dormitory for girls was opened with 4 in attendance. The trial was continued and expanded in 2006, laying the bottom for a 3 year course. This marked the beginnings of students residing at Wokalup in a refurbished house below autonomous conditions not only to staff the dairy program, but to receive and practice greater autonomous living skills. 2006 development of a state of the art shearing training facility. This was the beginning time the complete College, staff and students have been qualified to operate on one site, presenting the College with a riches of opportunities.
